I need an opinion I can see my third eye chakra it;s violet purple(bright as the sun) when I close my eyes without imaganing it I feel it’s healthy but why is it I amnot sure how to use it? anyone?

@AintDoneYet123 I believe you need to enroll in Meditation Classes under a professional Meditation tutors or just research about online, there are lots of stuff on Reiki Meditation.
Opening Chakra is like channeling your breath only into certain parts of your body unconsciously while meditating. You need patience and practice to learn to do that.
There are many symbolisms that are associated when you have opened a Chakra like you start visualizing specific colors or symbols while meditating.
